Exchange and return are only allowed in case the product received differs from the requested product, with us bearing the shipping costs. The customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product for a return, and 14 days for an exchange. The product cannot be returned if it has been installed, as it must be in its original condition and unused. If a product is received with damaged or missing parts, we will send the damaged or missing parts free of charge. Receipt and inspection instructions: The safety and conformity of the products with the customer's order are verified before shipping. Therefore, customers are advised to inspect the box before signing the receipt of the shipment. If the customer notices any damage or difference in the product upon receipt, they must refuse to accept the shipment and return it via the shipping company, and we will bear the full shipping costs. The customer's receipt of the shipment means that the product matches the order and is free of obvious defects. Therefore, please ensure the product matches the order before signing for receipt. Returning the order after proper receipt: If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product after receiving it in good condition and matching the order, the shipping costs will be deducted from the customer.
